Unboxing, First Impressions & Review
I gushed with excitement the moment I laid eyes on this deck. Rann's artwork is something what manga artists aspire to do. It's a frustration of mine.
WHAT I LIKE: 1. THE ARTWORK. The artwork is a whimsical bomb! I grew up watching anime and reading manga and this one lives up to its title!
As you can see, the 'scary' cards looks so awesome here.
2. CARD STOCK
Standard Llewellyn card size. The card stock is silky and shuffles easily. But you do want to take it easy if you're a hard shuffler like me. It easily slides off its own deck so be careful on where you want to put it.
That is actually a magnetic flip box.
3. GUIDEBOOK
The Guidebook is packed with information that you need. Llewellyn finally upgraded its printing quality and the pages are all coloured.
4. AVAILABILITY
You can buy the deck at Amazon.
5. SHIPPING
Took almost 2 months before I was able to get it plus a local tax of ₱112.00.
WHAT I HATE:
Llewellyn's large box and guidebook. It would be great if they included a tarot bag with it.
SCORE: ★★★★
FINAL THOUGHTS:
This deck is amazing! I cannot begin to describe how totally awesome and highly intuitive this deck is. The energies are so mystical and magical. The richness of the images in each cards will help you practice to become a great reader if you're a beginner.
That concludes my review.
